Doubled the struggling rating of our iOS app from 1.6 to 3.2+ stars in the first 3 months through a collaborative bug-fixing process and new review generation strategy.
Increased mobile-first Instagram signups by 2.5x in our first 6 months through a series of acquisition experiments and ASO optimizations.

Associate Product Manager, Monetization / Jul 2019 – May 2020
Championed scalable revenue growth through a blend of marketing savvy, hands-on engineering, product leadership, and data analysis to launch high-yield growth experiments.
Facilitated a design sprint and lead a series of follow-up experiments to optimize Tailwind's homepage and pricing pages for the first time in years.
Co-lead an in-depth series of pricing research sprints with our co-founder that substantially informed the monetization strategy for a new product.
Co-lead a strategic messaging sprint to reposition our Instagram product as a "Smart Assistant" that stood out in a saturated market. The resulting GTM campaign amplified one of the company's most successful launches.
